Remote Support Using Bomgar

The firm has a tool call Bomgar that allows us to remotely connect to your personal computers for support.

1. Contact IT by phone, email or request (top of page or further down this page). If in email or request ticket, please provide information on your issue.
2. Go to https://help.mwlaw.com/
3. Select the name of the support person who assists your call/email/request.
   The following page will automatically download a file.
4. Run the downloaded file
   The person assisting will be connected shortly.
