External Recipient Setup of iManageShare

The following document shows what an external person should see/expect the first time they are invited to an iManage Share folder.

1. They will receive an email that looks similar to this one:
   
2. The Accept & Activate link will take them to a page to create their account:
   
3. After Submitting their account information, they will be redirected back to the login screen where they will enter their email and password.
4. After signing in they will be prompted with a Forbidden Banner - this is normal
5. Click the Set Up link to setup Two-Factor authentication for accessing data in our iManage Share.
   
6. Select the two-factor authentication method Text Messages (SMS).
   The other two-factor would require an additional application to be installed; steps vary based on authentication app chosen so we will not cover them here. However, it is an option if you prefer.
   
   
7. Enter your 10-digit mobile Number
8. Click Submit
   
9. Enter the verification code received
   

You will now have access to the folder(s) shared to you.

Additional Information

Clicking the Kabob menu will give the options to view details, download (where applicable), share link.
